At Cloudflare Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the printed return slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
